On the introductory page, a Flash presentation leads to a more detailed Project Portfolio to showcase the company’s renovation projects. The highest percentage of the site’s content presents listing information for homes for sale and investment properties. Descriptions of different DC districts provide information for visitors interested in relocating or for local residents simply unfamiliar with the current real estate growth within specific neighborhoods of Washington, D.C..

The NeverLand CUE Management Panel simplifies listings maintenance on the site. The CUE controls images, listing information, and specific content placement site-wide. To control images, authorized Citywide employees upload property digital images, and can then rotate, crop and resize them accordingly. Listing content is entered through a dynamic form interface. Page placement for each listing is also controlled by the administrator through the CUE.
